At a major Calgary food festival, we supplied propane to most participating food vendors using 100 lb tanks, alongside fencing and site support services. We coordinated propane setup and supply with fire inspectors to meet safety and code requirements.
Vendors never ran out of propane, organizers had one less thing to worry about, and our coordination stayed out of the way.
