We’re a hands-on, operational business. That means our customers interact with different people depending on what they need – whether that’s planning equipment and fuel support, coordinating deliveries, or solving issues as conditions change.
While not every role is customer-facing, every role supports the same goal: dependable service, clear communication, and safe, efficient operations.

Behind every piece of equipment and every fuelling solution is a skilled shop team responsible for inspection, maintenance, and compliance.
Our mechanics and gas fitters ensure equipment is safe, properly maintained, and ready to perform – whether it’s a rental unit, fuel system, or on-site setup. Their work is critical to protecting job sites, meeting regulatory requirements, and delivering the reliability our customers expect.
This hands-on approach to maintenance and safety is a core part of how New West Equipment operates.
Roles include: heavy-duty mechanics, equipment technicians, parts specialists, service and maintenance support.
Reliable service starts with clear communication and strong coordination.
Our customer service team is often the first point of contact – answering calls, processing orders, and connecting customers with the right people and resources. From there, our dispatch, operations, and logistics teams take over, coordinating deliveries, pickups, scheduling, and order fulfillment across the yard, shop, and job site.
Together, these teams ensure nothing falls through the cracks, communication stays clear, and projects are supported from the first call to final pickup.

Our Accounting, Finance, and Administration team supports the business behind the scenes, ensuring billing is accurate, accounts are managed properly, and financial and administrative processes are handled with care and consistency.
From invoicing and account management to payables, receivables, and HR support, this team helps maintain clarity and accountability – supporting long-term customer relationships, smooth day-to-day operations, and a well-run workplace.
While their work often happens quietly, it plays an important role in keeping projects, partnerships, and the business itself running reliably.
