Spoon is the definition of a gentle giant. The sweetest boy around, he can often be found quietly hanging out in the office a few days a week. But don’t be fooled—at the first sign of a loud noise, he’s on high alert as Olivia’s self-appointed protector… even if his instinct might be to make a quick getaway.

Speedy has a particular passion: lettuce. Quick, enthusiastic, and always eager for a snack, Speedy keeps things fun (and leafy) wherever he goes.

Chip is our newest hire, and at just 3 lbs, he’s the smallest member of the team—but don’t let his size fool you. He’s a bit nervous around new people (you might catch a little shake), but he’s already warming up to his mom, Keri. Quiet as a mouse, he prefers to keep things low-key—especially when it comes to going outside.

Maple is pure sweetness. Loves cuddles, belly rubs, and stretching out in her humans’ arms—especially when Ryley comes to visit.

Hanz may not be the newest on the team anymore, but he’s still working on conquering stairs one step at a time. Always willing to jump in (carefully), he brings a great attitude and keeps improving every day.

Bear keeps operations on their toes as the team’s resident sock thief. Focused, determined, and always on a mission, he ensures no loose sock goes unaccounted for. His dedication may be questionable in purpose—but never in effort.

Biggie is a world-class ball chaser with energy to spare. He’s fast, smart, and driven. Returning the ball, however, is entirely up to him.

Cara is the definition of gentle—over 100 lbs of pure love wrapped up in a calm, quiet presence. Sweet as can be, she makes sure no one is left out, happily making her rounds to give equal affection to everyone in the room. Despite her size, she’s convinced she’s a lap dog—and honestly, no one’s arguing.

Charlie is a master moocher with a serious talent for sniffing out snacks—if there’s food around, he’s already asking for it. Super friendly and always happy to say hello, he may be a little vision-impaired (mostly seeing shadows), but that doesn’t slow him down. Especially when it comes to his favourite thing: walks.

Cleo looks sweet and innocent, but there’s always a plan brewing. Silent, watchful, and slightly suspicious, she keeps tabs on everything. The cutest little menace you’ll never see coming.

Daisy runs her side of the operation with flair and drama. A true princess at heart, she lives for snowy days and constant attention. If things aren’t going her way, you’ll hear about it—but she keeps the team smiling while doing it.

Dexter was found under Liz’s deck and hasn’t stopped talking since. Loud, needy, and very loving, he runs daily 5–6 AM meetings to demand breakfast and attention.

Harley, aka Chungus, doesn’t let anything slow her down. With her trusty wheelchair, she’s always ready to get outside and enjoy the day. Resilient, happy, and full of heart, she’s impossible not to love.

Joey is a loving, cuddle-first kind of guy who’s always ready for his next walk. He knows what he wants—and isn’t shy about making it known. At home, he takes his role seriously as the unofficial dog referee, keeping his dog-nephews in line whenever things get a little too rowdy.

Kaos is happiest when at home, full of energy and love. Vehicles? Not his thing. Otherwise, he’s playful, enthusiastic, and impossible not to adore.

Marlowe starts every morning with a ball in her mouth and a mission to focus. Friendly greetings can wait—she’s got priorities. Determined, a little sassy, and always ready to play.

Maxxi, also known as the “Greenie Bandit,” is always on the hunt for snacks. Quick, clever, and persistent, no treat is safe when she’s around.

Ollie is full of energy and always ready to make his presence known—usually right in your face. He loves being the centre of attention and keeps things interesting by closing doors and stirring up a little chaos. His favourite pastime? Loudly eating in his owner’s face (much to their dismay).

Oscar showed up as a tiny kitten and decided Liz’s house was home. Finicky and affectionate on his terms, he loves the outdoors, naps wrapped around your arm, and picking on his brother Dexter.

Wilson, aka the “house deer,” is big, lovable, and full of personality. He hides bones in creative places and greets everyone with full-body excitement—then backs up for a scratch.
