The Westie Awards returned for their second year at this year’s Christmas celebration, and once again proved that recognizing great work can be just as fun as it is meaningful.
Inspired by the spirit of the Dundie Awards from The Office, the Westies are now firmly becoming a New West tradition—one that highlights the people, personalities, and moments that define our team throughout the year.

What started as a new idea has quickly become a much-anticipated part of our year-end celebration. The Westie Awards are designed to spotlight both performance and personality across the company, bringing together field and office teams for a shared moment of recognition.
This year also followed the same opt-in format—only staff who chose to participate were included in the nomination and award process. That approach continues to keep things light, voluntary, and focused on those who want to be part of the fun.
